Spa Therapist

Reports to: : Recreation Manager

Profile Summary: The Lodhi, New Delhi is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide esthetic treatments, including services in the Hair Salon and Spa, while maintaining public areas. Under the Spa Manager’s guidance, the therapist will ensure guest satisfaction and promote a culture of Trust, Integrity, and Respect aligned with the brand’s values.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guests, members and visitors
  • Maintain Spa facilities according to set standards of order and cleanliness
  • Upgrade skills with time
  • Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisor
  • Familiarize yourself with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information
  • Be knowledgeable about all resort facilities in order to promote and sell them to guests
  • Ensure guests amenities, towels, linen and other guests needs have ample supply
  • Follow resort procedures in relation to pool towel issue and retrieval
  • Liaise with inter-facing departments such as Laundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide great service
  • Conduct activities and services for guest, members and registered children while giving proper instruction and safety reminders
  • Abide by rules and regulations and policies and procedures of resort
  • Conduct regular inspections of pool grounds to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Apply correct charges to guests and visitors where applicable for use of pool, spa and gym, and post to room bill in accordance with procedure 
  • Attend scheduled training
  • Participate actively in employee activities

Work Experience:

  • At least 5+  years of minimum experience with a 5-star reputed hotel 

Qualifications:

  • Hotel Management Graduate / or any other graduation is required

Sales Manager

Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing

Profile Summary: The Lodhi, New Delhi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales strategies, building strong client relationships and achieving revenue goals. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities, drive business growth and lead sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target markets.
  • Develop business leads for the Hotel.
  • Identify and plan monthly list of accounts to penetrate and develop.
  • Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
  • Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis.
  • Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to hotel business.
  • Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place.
  • Entertain business clients during professional visit.
  • Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.
  • Travel when required to promote the hotel and develop potential business.
  • Monitors existing business and inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business.
  • Grows existing business and establishes and pursues leads which will develop business.
  • Monthly review of room night production and analysis.
  • Fully responsible for accounts in the assigned portfolio including contracting, updating profile and renewals.
  • Update Director of Sales & Marketing on market trends and business leads.
  • Identify and develop team members with potential.

Work Experience:

  • At least 6+ years of minimum experience with a 5-star reputed hotel.
  • Should have served as the Sales Manager in a reputed hotel for a minimum of one year.

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / MBA
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

F&B Host / Hostes

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Profile Summary: The Lodhi, New Delhi is looking for an enthusiastic and personable F&B Host/Hostess to join its team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow within our food and beverage operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.
  • Escort guests to the table and assist in seating and present the menu.
  • Answer all calls courteously and efficiently as specified in department standards.
  • Should be able to take order from any Food & Beverage outlet menus.
  • Inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list.
  • Work with empathetic attitude.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient service.
  • Ensure all mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to the opening hour of the restaurant.
  • Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Work Experience:

  • 0-1 year of work experience

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Fluent in English
